It is quite literally at the top of the audio guidelines that you see when you publish a song. In large, bold text and a warning icon too. It's nearly impossible to miss. That's why think you're being dishonest. While I'm not a mod, I'm gonna guess that your ban will last as long as it needs to last. You're just going to have to wait it out. Take the time to learn how to make actual music, and then come back once your ban is over. Don't make another account; they will find it and ban you longer. Good luck.
